Ocean Investments Title Corp is an independent agency that is attorney-owned and operated by Coates, Coates, and Coates P.A. We have been providing title insurance to lenders and buyers in Worcester, Wicomico, and Somerset Counties since 1995. We underwrite for Security Title Guarantee Company of Baltimore and Stewart Title. We pride ourselves on 1) being attorney owned and operated – an attorney is available to answer your questions and 2) our fast turn-around for settlements.
